Biblical Hebrew Reading Group | Abraham and Sarah in the Torah The First Jews - Abraham and Sarah in the Torah We are delighted that Rabbi Adam Zagoria-Moffet has agreed to take over the group as Dr Kevin Walton leaves St Albans to take up his new ministry at Lincoln Cathedral. Adam is the rabbi of St Albans Masorti Synagogue and an enthusiastic and lively teacher and reader of Hebrew texts. We welcome Adam and members of his synagogue to join our Hebrew Reading Group, which will take place on a Tuesday evening. Join Rabbi Adam for a close reading of the stories of Abraham and his family recorded in the Book of Genesis. Relying on the original Hebrew text alone, this group will aim to meet these ancient ancestors as they are. Basic reading knowledge of Hebrew required.
