The 2025 St Albans International Organ Festival has officially come to a close, marking the end of several unforgettable weeks of music, celebration, and community here at the Cathedral. Once again, the festival brought together exceptional musicians from around the world to showcase their artistry, pushing the boundaries of performance and interpretation in organ music.

This year’s festival featured a packed schedule that filled the Cathedral with breathtaking sound and spirit. 

We warmly congratulate this year’s winners and every competitor who took part in the 2025 competition, and offer our sincere thanks to the distinguished jury.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the Organ Festival, audiences who attended, and the volunteers who came together to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere throughout the festival. 

 Planning for the next edition is already underway, and we can’t wait to welcome the festival back soon.
