New Honorary Canons Installed at St Albans Cathedral At Solemn Evensong on Saturday 8 November, when the Cathedral remembered the saints and martyrs of England, the Rt Revd Richard Atkinson, Acting Bishop of St Albans, licensed five new Honorary Canons. The new Canons — the Revd Em Coley, Revd Darren Collins, Revd Simon Cutmore, Revd Grace Sentamu-Baverstock, and Claire Robinson, one of the Cathedral Wardens — were formally placed in their stalls by Dean Jo Kelly-Moore. Very Revd Jo Jelly-Moore, Revd Simon Cutmore, Revd Grace Sentamu-Baverstock, Rt Revd Richard Atkinson, Revd Em Coley, Revd Darren Collins, Claire Robinson Dean Jo said: “It was a joy to install our new Honorary Canons. We are committed to praying for their ministries, and we value their support for the mission and ministry of our Cathedral and Abbey Church.” During the same service, Bishop Richard also presented the Order of St Alban to Dr Louis Spring, Reader and Churchwarden, in recognition of his long and dedicated service to his parish and the wider Diocese.
