This year, we’re proud to be supported by St Albans City BID, bringing even more life and energy to Alban Day. Timings Events 11am ✨ Alban Pilgrimage procession through the city centre 12 noon 🙏 Pilgrimage Eucharist at the Cathedral 10am - 5pm 🎠 Entertainment and activities across St Albans city centre delivered by St Albans City Centre BID 4pm 🌹 Pilgrimage Evensong at the Cathedral Witness the awe-inspiring spectacle of 12ft puppets weaving through the streets, retelling the story of St Alban, and then celebrate his story with our city-wide festival. Get involved! 🎭 Young people: be a part of the story We need children and youth to help bring the story of St Alban to life! Take part in the procession in costume — as Romans, soldiers, angels, or saints. We'd love children and young people aged 5 to 18 to be part of the day with us.
